Haley Fuller earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2025, with a certificate in International and Comparative Law, and completed her M.S. in Psychology at Purdue University Global in 2021. She is also a graduate of Texas State University (2011), where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminal justice, both cum laude.
She has served in a range of public service roles, including work with the New Orleans Independent Police Monitor and as a patrol officer in Texas, where she graduated as the valedictorian of her police academy class. A Marine Corps veteran, she held a variety of leadership billets during her seven years of service, including as a captain responsible for aviation training and readiness. She also brings nonprofit experience through her involvement with the Walk the Talk Foundation, an organization dedicated to aiding military and government whistleblowers.
Her background spans law, psychology, policing, military service, and community oversight, giving her a unique perspective on issues of justice, security, and public service.
