Swimming with Fins (CSS) Plus Turtlebacking Drill (Recovery)

    This is the Combat Swimmer Stroke (CSS) with fins plus a Turtleback segment mixed to create a non-stop swimming workout that works the ankles, hips, and legs using big Rocket / Jet Fins. These strokes and fins will be used during Special Operations swimming/diving training throughout the military branches with a few exceptions. (see previous video on LATA swim).

    Do 75m CSS followed by 25m Turtleback for 1500-2000m to build the hips, knees, and ankles for the longer swim distances where big SCUBA fins. More info.
