Diablo 4 recently disabled the Aspect of the Wildrage for Druids after unintended interactions allowed the class to dominate Season 10 with the companion build. Until Diablo 4 fixes these issues, characters will be unable to equip items that use this Aspect, and will gain no benefits if they were already wearing gear that uses it.

Diablo 4 Releases Season 10 Update

Season 10 of Diablo 4 officially began on September 23, bringing a fresh batch of content to the game. Among the various features in the update, Chaos Perks are some of the most exciting, as they allow fans to enhance their heroes with a new set of seasonal powers and upgrades to ascend their builds to extreme levels.

Unfortunately, some Druid players may need to shift their Season 10 builds around for the time being. According to a forum post by Diablo 4 community manager filthierich, the Aspect of the Wildrage for Druids has been temporarily disabled until Blizzard resolves “a few interactions and issues.” Until then, items with this Aspect will not be equipable, and gear that is already worn with said Aspect will not grant Druids the associated ability.

Diablo 4 Releases Season 10 Update

The Aspect of the Wildrage grants a chance to activate a Companion skill every time another Companion skill is cast while also reducing its cooldown. While strong on its own, what likely led to this Druid Aspect in Diablo 4 Season 10 being disabled was the Raven skill, whose cooldown can be reduced to near-zero with Chaos Perks in conjunction with the new Kilt of Blackwing Druid Unique in Diablo 4. Using this, Druids can spam Ravens to proc more powerful skills like that of the Poison Creeper, enabling them to outperform other classes and clear extremely high Pits.

At press time, it is unclear how long it will take Diablo 4 to reactivate the Aspect of the Wildrage. With luck, it could return within a day or two, but it could take longer as Blizzard figures out how to rebalance it while still preserving the popular Companion builds for Druids in Diablo 4 Season 10. It remains to be seen what this Aspect will look like after it returns.

In the meantime, gamers looking to try other effective builds in Diablo 4 might want to consider another class. The Shadowblight build for Necromancers in Diablo 4 Season 10 is especially potent and fun, as several Chaos Perks and Chaos Armors can help proc Shadow damage much faster. With tons of different powerful options in Season 10, Diablo 4 fans should have no trouble finding the build for them, even if the Ravens Druid gets hit with a substantial nerf.
