About Robert Molina

Robert Molina is an associate attorney in private practice and a contributing writer for Military.com. His writing covers military legal affairs, cybersecurity, veterans’ benefits, and defense policy, often drawing on his dual background in military service and law. Robert also contributes features on National Guard initiatives, emerging cyber threats, and the intersection of law, technology, and national security.

Before joining private practice, Robert served as a federal law clerk for Judge Zahid Quraishi in the District of New Jersey and Judge Eli Richardson in the Middle District of Tennessee. He has also teaches as an adjunct professor at Regent University School of Law, where he focuses on legal writing.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and current officer in the Army National Guard JAG Corps, Robert has dedicated much of his career to public service and military legal education. He remains active in veterans’ professional networks and enjoys cycling, mentoring law students, and writing about leadership in military and legal contexts.
