Volunteers Lay 1,100 Wreaths At Fort Benning Cemetery

Over one thousand wreaths were laid at the Main Post Cemetery this past Saturday. For the very first time, the Fort Benning community gathered to participate in the National Wreaths Across America Day.

Wreaths Across America is a non-profit organization founded to continue and expand the annual wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. National Wreaths Across America Day takes place every year in December.
