U.S. Military PsyOp Challenge Meet the Town Preacher and the Sheriff

Share

The Psychological Operations Course, part of The Army School System of the 80th Training Command (TASS) at Fort Hunter Liggett, California, puts U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers and U.S. Marine Corps students through a month-long course culminating in an 8- to 10-day village scenario where they are faced with angry townspeople and egotistical leaders, as well as those who are willing to work with the foreign military to achieve peace. The various scenarios test their wits as they learn people-skills necessary to mission success. (Video by Cynthia McIntyre, Fort Hunter Liggett Public Affairs Office)
