TRX and Raptor Weight Vest Workout

    Here is a way to combine two of my favorite pieces of gear (the TRX and the Weight Vest - by Raptor).

    This particular circuit is to be completed with 10-15 reps of each of the exercises and repeated as many times as you prefer.

    This workout is focus on core / hips focus as well as arms / shoulders / and leg movements. The added weight makes this more challenging.  You can also do this without a weight vest or a lighter version of the weight vest as they are easily adjustable.
