TFR 83 - Recruiter Problem: Age Waivers

Countless emails have caused me to produce this one - this one is not so much a recruiter problems, but if you go to a recruiter seeking an AGE WAIVER - you will likely be told "NO it cannot be done." You basically have to find someone willing to work with you BUT you have to have your stuff together (Killer PST scores, some skillset / work experience useful, letter of recommendation, and persistence and luck). AND there are NO GUARANTEES - in fact age waivers are SO RARE, you may find that no one is going to have experience with it.
