U.S. Air Strike Against ISIL Armed Truck

TAMPA, Fla. — Video from a U.S. military airstrike against Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) armed truck near the Mosul Dam Aug. 16, 2014. U.S. Central Command conducted this strike under authority to support humanitarian efforts in Iraq, as well as to protect critical infrastructure, U.S. personnel and facilities, and support Iraqi security forces and Kurdish defense forces, who are working together to combat ISIL.
