Daesh Uparmored VBIED Hit near Fallujah

Coalition airstrike destroys a Da’esh uparmored vehicle borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) near Fallujah, Iraq, to degrade Da’esh combat power and to disrupt terrorist operations. The strikes were conducted as part of Operation Inherent Resolve, the operation to eliminate the Da’esh terrorist group and the threat they pose to Iraq, Syria, and the wider international community. The destruction of Da’esh targets in Syria and Iraq further limits the group's ability to project terror and conduct operations.
