"The Ghost Army" - Trailer

This documentary reveals the story of an 1100 troop WWII unit set up in 1944 to deceive the German army. Inflatable tanks and jeeps were paired with sound effects and fake radio transmissions to fool the Nazis into believing that the Allies had committed resources to phantom positions that Germany was then compelled to defend. Bradley Cooper's production company has just optioned the rights to make a feature film, so look for a dramatic movie coming to theaters in a couple of years.
