    HONOLULU (May 21, 2013) Adm. Cecil D. Haney, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, speaks during the 4th Celebration of Life & Memory for West Lock Internees Ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. The West Loch disaster was an American World War II maritime accident, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of U.S. service members on Pearl Harbor, May 21, 1944.
