Unhappy with her delayed flight, a young woman named Alex tweeted a complaint to US Airways. “You ruined my spring break,” she said. “I want some free stuff @USAirways H8 YOU” In response, US Airways tweeted back with a professional-sounding message: “We don’t like to hear this, Alex. Please provide feedback to our Customer Relations team here:” Unfortunately, the link the message provided was not to a Customer Relations feedback form, as was expected. The link was instead to an extremely graphic image of a naked woman with her legs spread wide open, and a large, model airplane making the most awkward landing ever recorded in the history of the internet.
