U.S. Coast Guard crews transfer bales of seized cocaine from a semi-submersible suspected smuggling vessel onto Coast Guard interceptor boats and take them aboard the cutter Bertholf in international waters of the Eastern Pacific Ocean Oct. 24, 2019.
