What are the top 50 careers in the country, based on factors such as job-growth projections, salary data and job satisfaction? U.S. News and World Report recently compiled a list of the best jobs for 2011, and the major takeaway seems to be that health care and fitness will become hot industries in the coming years, which makes sense given America's aging boomer population.
To come up with the year's list, U.S. News and World Report included projections from the Labor Department for job growth up to 2018. It found occupations that are expected to add jobs at an above-average rate over the next decade, and that provide above-average income.
